I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us as quickly as possible!

Please provide us with the following information: 

- E-mail you used to place the order; 

- Order number and the incorrect item’s name; and 

- A few photos of the item so that we can analyze it.

Once we have validated the error, we will provide you with a complimentary return label so that the item can be sent back to us. As soon as the item has been returned, a new order will be processed. In case the item is no longer available we will provide you with a full refund back into the original method of payment or an online Fly London voucher, which can be used on any item of your choice.
