How do I return an item?

Buy it, try it, and if it doesn't suit you or it doesn't look as good as you want, give it back!

You have 14 days from the delivery date of the order to change your mind and proceed with the return.

The products must be in perfect condition:
- No use marks and no visible damage;
- With the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;
- Always with the original box.

To register your return we ask you to access this link, add in your first and last name, your email, and the order number, you should then be able to select the items you wish to process the return on.

To return your order, place the products inside the original brand box, and then inside the shipping box in a saleable condition, and return the item you wish, via a carrier of your own choice, to the address on the original shipping label on the outside of the box, in its original packaging. We request that customers do not tape, mark, or write on the product boxes. Please note we do not refund your initial delivery charge unless specific circumstances dictate.

Please note that your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your chosen delivery service.
