Buy it, try it, and if you don't like it or it doesn’t look as good as you wanted, send it back!
You have 14 days from your order delivery date to change your mind and return your item.
Remember that the products must be in perfect condition:
- Make sure that the item has no use marks and no visible damage;
- Make sure that the item is returned with the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;
- Always with the original box.
Once the item you have returned has reached us, we will process your refund back into the original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank, the amount may take a few days to be visible on your account.
Only your item amount will be refunded - shipping costs will be refunded only in exceptional cases such as: the item shipped is damaged or does not match what you have ordered. We are, also, unable to refund any taxes and duties paid at customs. Please note that if you refuse to pay the requested customs duties and taxes, leading to the order being returned to us, the shipping value will not be refunded.
If you have requested to exchange the item, the refund will be processed through a voucher that you can discount on your next purchase. If you choose to redeem a Fly London voucher for your future purchase, you can check all the information you need here.
This process may take up to 10 business days after the order has been returned.
